Effective date: June 15, 2026
This website, drivetuff.com, is the personal site of Jaime Tuff, a sales professional at Gary Crossley Ford in Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or contacting us through it, you agree to this policy.
Who We Are
This site is operated by Jaime Tuff. Vehicles shown here are part of the inventory at Gary Crossley Ford, and any purchase, financing, or trade is handled through the dealership. Gary Crossley Ford maintains its own privacy practices that apply to transactions you complete with the dealership.
Information We Collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit a form on this site (a vehicle inquiry, a sell-your-vehicle request, a Crossley Customs build request, or a general contact message), we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Any message, vehicle details, trade-in information, or budget you provide
- The vehicle listing you were viewing when you reached out
We may also automatically receive standard technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, device type, and the pages you visit, which helps us keep the site working and secure.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to:
- Respond to your message and answer questions about a vehicle, financing, or a trade
- Contact you by phone call, text message, or email to follow up
- Help you find a vehicle or get you real numbers through the dealership
- Keep records of inquiries so we can serve you better
We do not sell your personal information.
Phone Calls and Text Messages
By giving us your phone number through a form, by tapping a call or text link, or by texting us, you agree that Jaime Tuff may contact you by phone and text message about your inquiry and about vehicles that may interest you. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you by letting us know.
Service Providers We Share With
To run this site and respond to you, we share your information with a small number of trusted services:
- Gary Crossley Ford, because vehicles, pricing, financing, and trades are handled through the dealership
- Brevo, which delivers our email notifications and confirmation replies
- Google, where lead submissions may be stored in a private spreadsheet so we can track and follow up on requests
These providers only receive the information needed to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Financing Applications
If you choose to apply for financing, the Get Financing links take you to a secure application hosted by RouteOne, a third-party financing platform used by the dealership. Any information you enter there is collected and handled by RouteOne and Gary Crossley Ford under their own privacy and security practices, not this site’s. We encourage you to review their policies before submitting an application.
Cookies
This site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Turning cookies off should not stop you from browsing inventory or contacting us.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including serving this site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up with you and for ordinary business and recordkeeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the information below.
Children’s Privacy
This site is meant for adults shopping for vehicles and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
